Says the promoter is neither a stakeholder nor a partner, but a debtor

Contrary to a claim in a section of the media partially titled “tussles, struggles over immediate take off Of NOK University Kachia”, a source close to the ownership of the university has described the claim as “falsehood and outright lies” from the cesspit of the devil.

According to the source, the principal promoter of the falsehood, “Michael Ayuba Auta”, is neither a stakeholder nor a partner as he claimed in the said media report, but a debtor to the institution.

“The ownership of the university is not in doubt and therefore not contestable by anyone.

“Any reference to one “Michael Ayuba Auta” and NYC Inter-project Ltd as major stakeholders and partners of the university” is nothing but a blatant lie from the cesspit of the devil.

“To set the record straight, some time ago, “Michael Ayuba Auta” approached the ownership of Nok University, located in Kachia, Kachia Local government area of Kaduna State, using the names of prominent sons of Hamland to secure a job there as any other person.

“He then worked at the site. We are surprised that the same man who approached the university as a job seeker could turn around to be a so-called “major stakeholder and partner”. This is ridiculous indeed.

“Contrary to his claim that he is a shareholder, he is indebted to the university for the money he collected to do internal roads and didn’t, hence the delay in the take-off of the university.

“To all that know Chief Anthony Hassan, he is a man of honour and well respected in the society, and will not in any way join issue with one “Michael Ayuba Auta”.

“It is important to note that “Michael Ayuba Auta” failure to construct the internal roads in the university has led to the inability of the institution to take off as the National Universities Commission (NUC) could not approve the commencement of the courses carefully put in place for the future of the next generation.

“What that means is that that delay has further caused the would-be students of the university particularly those from southern Kaduna, the opportunity to advance their education which portends a serious consequence going forward.

“However, the truth of the matter will soon come out to the fore and it will be clear to all who the rightful owner is”, the source submitted.
