A federal lawmaker in the green chamber, Hon. Daniel Amos representing Jema’a/Sanga federal constituency on Wednesday 19th June, 2024 distributed sewing and grinding machines, fertilizers, and rice to the members of his constituency.
Speaking to the audience before flagging off the distribution of the items in Kafanchan, he said, empowerment is one of the best measures to end poverty. I’m giving out these items in fulfilment of my campaign promises. I have done different empowerment before, and I promised to do more in the coming years.
The items distributed include rice, fertilizers, grinding machines, and sewing machines.
In the last few weeks, the Honourable member commissioned the drilling of 80 number of boreholes across 23 political wards of the two LGAs. Some beneficiaries who benefited expressed their gratitude and thanked the Honourable member and also prayed that God would continue to bless him so that he would, in turn continue to reach out to the needy and less privileged in the society.
