The agrarian community of Gargai Antor in Aboro Ward and Igbuila Community in Ninzam West Ward in Sanga Local Government Area of Kaduna State were overwhelmed by strong winds and heavy rainfall, their houses were destroyed as a resultant effect of the windstorm. Senator Sunday Marshall Katung intervened by giving a helping hand to the victims.
Relief has gotten to the people of Gargai Antor in Aboro ward and Igbuila Community in Ninzam West Ward of Sanga Local Government whose houses were recently destroyed by a heavy rainstorm. This led to some of them becoming homeless.
Senator Sunday Marshall Katung, who received the report from one of the community members, immediately mobilized a delegation to visit the affected communities with cash support.
In their responses, Malam Muhammadu of Ungwan Rumbu thanked the Senator for his kindness to them and asked God to keep him and continue to bless him. Likewise, the village head of Igbuila Community, Mr Paul Wuyah, appreciated the Senator for coming to their Aid. They described the support as Godsend and a manumebtal relief considering the situation they found themselves in.
