Troops Rescue Scores of Kidnap Victims In Kajuru

Men of the Nigerian Armed Forces, yesterday, rescued scores of kidnapped victims in Kurmi, Kajuru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.

Reacting to the stellar performance put up by the troops, the Chief of Defense Staff, General Christopher Gwabin Musa, said, “Security Forces will stop at nothing until terrorism, insurgency, and banditry are defeated.

 

“While I hail the gallant officers who took part in the rescue mission, I want to assure Nigerians of our determination to end terrorism, insurgency and banditry in the country so that every citizen can go about his daily activities without intimidation and fear for the needed development across the country.”

Some of the rescued victims have been united with their families, and they thank the men of the Military for its swift intervention. One of the rescued victim’s elder brother who spoke on the ground of anonymity said that the military has always been our last hope as our communities are in the ungoverned spaces. We appreciate the Chief of Defence Staff and his men for all that they have been doing in Kajuru to ensure our safety.
