Rep. Daniel Amos Inaugurates Committee for 2nd Anniversary, Empowerment Initiative in Kafanchan

Hon. Daniel Amos, the Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency, has inaugurated a committee to plan activities marking his second anniversary in office, alongside launching a major community empowerment initiative.

The inauguration, held at the constituency office in Kafanchan, was conducted on behalf of the lawmaker by Hon. Samuel Shamaki, a Senior Legislative Aide and Coordinating Member of the newly formed committee.

The committee, which comprises key stakeholders from across the wards in the constituency, is chaired by Hon. Suleiman Ibrahim, a former member of the Kaduna State House of Assembly and former Commissioner for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs.

According to Hon. Shamaki, the committee is expected to immediately begin preparations for a series ofprogrammes  aimed at both celebrating the legislator’s achievements and rolling out empowerment projects targeted at constituents. He noted that Hon. Amos views the anniversary as not just a milestone but an opportunity to present his performance for public appraisal.

“The second anniversary is a time to reflect on the journey so far and to renew our commitment to delivering the dividends of democracy,” Shamaki said. “It will also be used to engage the public and drive grassroots empowerment efforts.”

Members of the committee, present at the inauguration, pledged their support for the initiative and reaffirmed their loyalty to the legislator’s vision for inclusive development.
