An aspirant for the Zango Kataf/Jaba Federal Constituency seat in the House of Representatives, Rijo Shekari (FCCA), has paid a condolence visit to the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Prof. Nentawe Yiltwada, following the death of his mother, Mama Yiltwada.

During the visit on Thursday, September 11, 2025, Shekari conveyed his deepest sympathies to Prof. Yiltwada, the Yiltwada family, and the entire APC family across Nigeria. He also offered prayers for the peaceful repose of Mama Yiltwada’s soul and for God’s comfort upon her loved ones.
Describing the late matriarch as a woman of faith and compassion, Shekari said her selfless devotion to God and humanity was evident in the values she instilled in her children. He noted that Prof. Yiltwada’s achievements in public service and humanitarian efforts reflect the principles nurtured in him by his parents.
“Mama Yiltwada’s life was a shining testament to the transformative power of love for God and humanity. Her legacy will continue to inspire and uplift many,” Shekari said.
He prayed for eternal rest for the late matriarch and strength for the family to bear the loss.
