Rep. Daniel Amos has inaugurated a 14-member Planning Committee for the 4th edition of the Hon. Daniel Amos Medical Outreach, scheduled to hold from December 4 to 9, 2025.
The committee is chaired by Dr. Danjuma Peter Averik, with Hon. Samuel Isah Shamaki appointed as Secretary. This year’s outreach is set to be the most extensive yet, targeting 1,150 general surgeries, 400 eye surgeries, and the distribution of 3,000 eye glasses to residents across Jema’a and Sanga Federal Constituency.
Speaking during the inauguration, Hon. Amos urged the committee to work with unity, dedication, and compassion to ensure the success of the outreach, noting that the initiative continues to expand access to quality healthcare for thousands of constituents.
Other committee members include Alh. Ibrahim Koli and Hon. Yakubu Abubakar, APC Chairmen of Jema’a and Sanga LGAs; Ibrahim Idris and Yusuf Tah, representatives of the LG Chairmen of Sanga and Jema’a; Hon. Christiana Musa, Hon. Lucy Nickaf, Hon. James Inji, Benjamin Gambo, Hon. Nehemiah Madugu, Victor Teh Dabo, and Victor Audu.
The committee has since commenced work and expressed commitment to ensuring a hitch-free and impactful programme.
