As part of activities marking his second anniversary in office, the Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency and Chairman, House Committee on Services, Hon. Daniel Amos, has distributed agricultural inputs, tricycles, and cash to hundreds of constituents across various communities.

The lawmaker donated two trailers of assorted fertilizers and over 3000 (10kg) of rice to various ethnic and community development associations, including Igbo, Yoruba, Tiv, Gwandara, Fantswam, Numana, Gwada, Eggon, Ayu, Ninzom, and Gwong groups. Also benefiting from the fertilizer distribution were the Maize Farmers Association of Nigeria and the Rice Farmers Association of Nigeria.

In addition, 300 individuals received cash support of ₦100,000 each, while another 100 beneficiaries were given ₦1,000,000 each. Four others received brand-new tricycles to support their livelihoods.

Speaking during the event, Hon. Amos emphasized that the anniversary outreach was non-political and aimed purely at economic empowerment and community development. He urged the beneficiaries to make judicious use of the items and funds to improve their welfare and that of their families.

“This gesture is part of my commitment to ensure that the gains of democracy are felt at the grassroots,” Amos said. “It is my hope that these resources will serve as a foundation for financial independence and growth.”

The event drew community leaders, beneficiaries, and political stakeholders who lauded the lawmaker’s performance over the past two years.
