The Orah Bayit Foundation is set to celebrate the second anniversary of its flagship child development initiative, Play & Excel, under the theme “From Play to Purpose: Two Years of Raising Champions.”
Since its launch in 2023, the Play & Excel program has empowered children across Kaduna through structured play, teamwork, and creative learning, helping them build confidence, discipline, and leadership skills. The initiative blends physical education, mentorship, and moral development to nurture young people into responsible future leaders.

The anniversary celebration will take place at the Standard Foundation Sports Complex, Busa Close, Gwari Avenue, Barnawa, Kaduna, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
According to the Foundation, the event will feature an impact documentary premiere showcasing transformation stories from the past two years, sports and play exhibitions, motivational talks, awards, and the “Champion’s Pledge” — an affirmation of the Foundation’s vision to raise future champions through play and purposeful engagement.
Speaking ahead of the event, the Founder and CEO of Orah Bayit Foundation, Grace Adams, described the journey as inspiring and transformative.
“Play & Excel started as a small weekend idea. Two years later, we’re seeing children who believe in themselves, communicate better, and lead with empathy. This anniversary is not just a celebration; it’s a reminder that every child can be a champion when given the chance to play, learn, and excel,” Adams said.
The Foundation extended an open invitation to partners, volunteers, parents, and media organizations to join the event, describing it as a day of reflection, celebration, and renewed commitment to child development.
