The Pan-Middle Belt Movement for Tinubu/Shettima 2027 has felicitated the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Professor Nentawe Yilwatda, on the occasion of his 58th birthday.
In a congratulatory message, the movement described Yilwatda as a scholar, technocrat, patriot and committed public servant whose contributions to nation-building and democratic development have continued to inspire Nigerians.
The group commended the APC national chairman for what it described as his “exceptional wisdom, humility, courage and unwavering commitment” to strengthening the party and promoting unity across ethnic, religious and regional divides.
According to the statement, Yilwatda assumed the leadership of the APC at a critical period when the party requires visionary leadership, discipline, inclusiveness and effective coordination to consolidate its achievements and advance the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
“Your stewardship comes at a critical time when the party requires visionary leadership, discipline, inclusiveness and purposeful coordination to consolidate our gains and advance the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR,” the movement said.
The Pan-Middle Belt Movement particularly praised Yilwatda’s focus on internal cohesion, grassroots mobilisation and inclusive governance, noting that these values align with the aspirations of the Middle Belt for equity, fairness and national unity.
The group expressed confidence that under Yilwatda’s leadership, the APC would continue to strengthen its structures, deepen grassroots engagement and promote greater unity within the party ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The movement also prayed for continued good health, wisdom, strength and greater capacity for the APC chairman to serve the party and the nation.
“May the years ahead bring you even greater accomplishments, fulfilment and impact. We wish you long life, sound health and even greater service to the APC and to Nigeria,” the statement added.
