The Kajju Traditional Council in Kaduna State has conferred the prestigious traditional title of Garkuwan Mata Kajju (Aryeng Banyring) on the Managing Director of the Kaduna Industrial and Finance Company (KIFC), Hon. Barrister Francesca Naymarie Musa Akande.
The conferment, conveyed in an official notification dated March 23, 2026, was approved by His Highness, the Agwam Kajju, in recognition of Akande’s contributions to the development and progress of Kajju Chiefdom and her broader role in national development.
According to the Council, the honour acknowledges her “firm commitment to the cause of the progress and development of Kajju” as well as her “commendable role in nation-building,” which has brought pride and visibility to the Kajju people.
The Council expressed pride in her achievements and noted that the title is expected to further inspire her to contribute to the upliftment and prosperity of the people and humanity at large.
Akande has been requested to formally convey her acceptance to enable the palace to fix a date for the conferment ceremony.
The letter was signed by the Council Secretary, Ayuba Diem.
