Ungwan Maigero/Karji Community Development Association has expressed appreciation to Hon. Fidelis Joseph Bagudu, Member of the House of Representatives representing Chikun/Kajuru Federal Constituency, for donating ₦750,000 towards the repair of the community’s damaged electricity transformer.
The intervention followed a request from the community for assistance, with the effort also receiving the push of the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor of Kaduna State on Industrial Training, Hon. Edward John Auta.
The association conveyed its appreciation in a letter dated September 29, 2026, signed by its Chairman, Lucky Akpjosheve, and Secretary, Emmanuel Bawah.
According to the association, the transformer had remained damaged and unused for about two months before Bagudu’s intervention.
The community described the donation as a significant contribution to its development and expressed gratitude for what it called an “act of love” towards the people.
“We are truly grateful and appreciative of this act of love towards our community. This will linger in our minds and hearts for a long time,” the association stated.
The association also pledged its “unalloyed support” for Bagudu and the All Progressives Congress (APC), while assuring him that the contribution would not be taken for granted.
