The Chairman of the Kaduna State Inland Revenue Service (KADIRS), Comrade Jerry Adams, has said that Kaduna State under Governor Uba Sani is witnessing unprecedented peace and harmonious coexistence among its people.

Adams made the remark during a novelty football match between Northern MCs and the Kaduna Master of Ceremony and Comedians Association, tagged “Gov. Uba Sani Unity Match 2026.”
According to him, the prevailing peace in the state represents a significant departure from past experiences.
“The people of Kaduna State are witnessing unprecedented peace. This new level of stability is a radical break from what we had before. Governor Uba Sani is running an all-inclusive government, and his infrastructural development reflects the diversity of the state. He is unbiased and treats people, irrespective of their differences, with fairness and a deep sense of understanding,” Adams said.
Also speaking at the event, the Commissioner for Sports, Kaduna State, Professor Benjamin Gugong, reaffirmed the state government’s commitment to grassroots sports development. He commended the high level of organisation and participation, assuring youths of continued government support for sporting activities that nurture talent and promote social cohesion.
The event featured musical performances by Bamihan (Azi Bamison Ishaku), Sincho, and other artistes. It was also graced by Big Soso (Sonia Amako) of Big Brother Naija Season 10 (2025).
The novelty match was marked by an impressive display of football skills by both teams, with Northern MCs emerging victorious by six goals to two.
