The APC 1 Million Solidarity Votes Movement in Southern Kaduna has appreciated Governor Uba Sani for nominating Comrade Jerry Adams as his running mate, describing the decision as a demonstration of inclusive leadership, equity, and confidence in the people of Southern Kaduna.
The group made the commendation on Monday during a press conference held at the Southern Kaduna Journalists Forum Secretariat, El-Gibbor Plaza, Barnawa, Kaduna.
Addressing journalists, the Team Leader of the movement, Bagudu Nathaniel Zonkwa, said the nomination reflects Governor Sani’s commitment to unity and the continued development of Kaduna State.
He stated that the movement, established to mobilize support for the All Progressives Congress (APC), would intensify grassroots campaigns across Southern Kaduna and other parts of the state to ensure a decisive victory for the APC in the 2027 general elections.
Zonkwa called on party members, political stakeholders, youth and women groups, traditional rulers, religious leaders, and all residents of Kaduna State to rally behind the Uba Sani/Jerry Adams ticket in the interest of peace, progress, and sustainable development.
He also reaffirmed the group’s commitment to peaceful campaigns, issue-based politics, and grassroots mobilization, pledging continued support for the Uba Sani administration before, during, and after the 2027 elections.
The APC 1 Million Solidarity Votes Movement expressed confidence that the nomination of Jerry Adams would further strengthen the party’s support base in Southern Kaduna and contribute to the APC’s electoral success in 2027.
