The Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Rep. Daniel Amos, has called on Nigerians to embrace unity, support their communities and remain committed to building a more secure, prosperous and inclusive nation.

Amos made the call in his Independence Day message to his constituents as Nigeria marks its 66th Independence Anniversary.
The lawmaker expressed gratitude to Nigerians who have contributed to the development of the country over the years, while honouring the sacrifices of those who played significant roles in the nation’s journey since independence.

He acknowledged the economic and social challenges confronting many Nigerians, noting that families are working hard to make ends meet, while young people continue to seek opportunities and communities demand improved infrastructure, security, employment, education and healthcare.

According to him, he remains committed to representing the interests and concerns of his constituents in the National Assembly through legislation and policies aimed at improving the lives of ordinary Nigerians.

“Our Independence is more than a celebration. It is a responsibility. Nigeria belongs to all of us. Let us reject division, embrace one another, support our communities and continue to believe in the possibility of a better nation,” Amos said.

The lawmaker thanked the people of Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency for their trust and the privilege of serving them, extending his appreciation to women, men, youths, elders and children across the constituency.

He also urged Nigerians to support the development efforts of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, Governor Uba Sani of Kaduna State and the All Progressives Congress (APC).
