A chairmanship aspirant of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Kaduna State, Dr. Patrick Katuka, has met with members of the Civil Society Campaign Council, Kaduna State Chapter, for Tinubu and Uba Sani 2027.

The engagement took place on Friday at Deneville Hotel, Kigo Road, Kaduna.

Speaking at the event, Dr. Katuka commended Civil Society Organisations in Nigeria for their role as watchdogs, noting their contributions to good governance and accountability.

He also praised the group for what he described as a fair assessment of the performance of the current administration at both the state and federal levels, which, according to him, justifies the call for a second term in 2027.

Dr. Katuka urged the council to intensify mobilisation of youths and women across the state in support of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Governor Uba Sani ahead of the 2027 general elections.

He stressed the importance of grassroots participation in the democratic process, adding that active involvement of young people and women would be key to the success of the party in the coming elections.

Members of the council reaffirmed their commitment to continue advocacy and mobilisation in support of the APC leadership at both state and federal levels.
