The Member representing Jema’a/Sanga Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Daniel Amos, has extended warm Eid-el-Fitr greetings to Muslim faithful and constituents, marking the end of the holy month of Ramadan.

In his goodwill message, Amos described Ramadan as more than a period of fasting, noting that it is a deeply spiritual exercise that promotes self-discipline, reflection, and renewal of faith. He said the season encourages compassion, strengthens devotion to Allah, and fosters moral discipline.
The lawmaker highlighted the acts of charity, unity, and support for the vulnerable demonstrated during Ramadan, urging constituents to sustain these values beyond the fasting period.

“As we celebrate Eid, the lessons of sacrifice, generosity, and shared humanity should continue to guide our daily lives and interactions,” he said.

Amos prayed for peace, hope, and strength for families and communities, expressing optimism that the spirit of unity nurtured during Ramadan would continue to promote harmony and mutual respect across the constituency.

He also called on residents to remain committed to righteousness and community development, while wishing them a joyful and peaceful Eid celebration.

“May our prayers be accepted, our sacrifices rewarded, and our hearts continually inclined toward righteousness,” he added.
Hon. Amos concluded by wishing all Muslims and constituents a happy Eid-el-Fitr celebration.
