The Kaduna State Government has commended the Christian Academy Management, Ungwan Bulus, Sabon Tasha, for its investment in education following the commissioning of a new school facility aimed at enhancing learning and human capital development.
Speaking at the commissioning ceremony on behalf of Governor Uba Sani, the Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice, Kaduna State, Barr. James Kanyip praised the management, staff, parents, and stakeholders whose efforts culminated in the completion of the project.
He described the facility as more than just a physical structure, noting that it represents hope, opportunity, and a commitment to shaping the future of children through quality education.
According to him, education remains one of the most effective tools for personal development and societal progress, stressing that every investment in learning contributes to the prosperity and growth of Kaduna State and the nation at large.
The Commissioner said the significance of the new facility extends beyond Ungwan Bulus and Sabon Tasha, as it will serve as a centre for learning, character development, and leadership training for future generations.
He lauded the Christian Academy Management for complementing government efforts in the education sector, describing the project as a strategic investment in human capital development.
The state government, he noted, places a high premium on education, adding that Governor Uba Sani’s administration has continued to implement policies and programmes aimed at improving educational infrastructure, expanding access to learning opportunities, and promoting quality education across Kaduna State.
“Our goal is to make education accessible, affordable, and equitable for every child in Kaduna State,” he said.
The Commissioner emphasized that government alone cannot shoulder the responsibility of educating children, highlighting the need for collaboration among government institutions, communities, faith-based organisations, and private sector stakeholders.
He described the Christian Academy’s initiative as an example of how partnerships can drive sustainable development and strengthen the educational system.
Reaffirming the government’s commitment to supporting educational advancement, he stated that the Kaduna State Government remains open to partnerships with organisations and individuals dedicated to improving education and empowering young people.
He urged stakeholders to focus on the long-term impact of the facility, noting that its true value would be reflected in the lives it transforms and the future leaders it helps nurture.
